STAQS encourages residents to complain about intrusive aircraft noise in the following ways:
1. Complain to Luton Airport (LLA)
using their online flight tracking system known as TraVis (http://travisltn.topsonic.aero).
Click on the green speech bubble on the menu bar to start a complaint.
Here you can complain about specific flights, or make a general complaint about flights occurring at a certain time of day (e.g. morning).
Or, you can email them: noise@ltn.aero
Or you can phone 01582 395382 (24 hours automated line) giving your name, address and reason for the complaint.
